Tonight was the final night of the Green Harvest Festival. During the last four days there have been a bunch of concerts, community events, giant farmer's (and other stuff) market, a pet parade and general send off of summer.
We were able to go downtown on Saturday and see the vendors and farmer's market, play with other pups and practice for the corgi races and visit with people in our community. Daisy was not as well behaved as she could have been on Saturday. She was barking to say hello to all the dogs we encountered at first. By the time we got down to the library and hung out with the other pups though, she realized that it was just a fun time.
Tonight our praise/gospel band played the closing concert. We had over 1 1/2 hours of music. There were some rough spots, but overall it was good. I really enjoy singing with this group - there are some really great musicians in this group.
It is late and tomorrow is another early and long day. I am off to bed with tunes in my head!
