Another exhausting week in Wyoming

This week has been so busy and it is only Wednesday night!

This past Saturday, our Wisconsin family came to visit for an afternoon.  We had lunch, a nap in a big person bed for the niece, playing at the park and dinner.  They left late to head back to Colorado for the night and we collapsed into bed!  Sunday was a "normal" day...whatever that means anymore.

On Monday, Joshua went up to a lake nearby to preside over a short remembrance service.  He went up and did this last year and the group liked him so much, they asked him to come again this year.  In the afternoon we went grocery shopping and took Miss Pup for a walk.

Tuesday was "normal" (again...normal is not consistent for us!).  We did some chores, I got to relax and we had Praise Band Rehearsal.  We chose music for our Praise in the Park service in mid-July and then headed home.  After a late dinner we started to head for bed around 9pm.  Those plans were thwarted when Joshua got an emergency phone call and had to go out to the hospital.

Today was filled with more chores (tons of laundry, trash, dishes, etc.), some TV watching and a graduation party for one of the teens at our church - held by the bell choir!

I hope to be able to rest and read a bunch the rest of the week, but we will have to see.  So much for a relaxing "down week" in summer!
